One-on-one sessions for adult individuals. 50 or 80 minute sessions. Most clients start weekly, then settle into a cadence that fits their life. See the Counseling page.

Case consultation and clinical development for LPC candidates and R-DMTs. 50 or 80 minute sessions. See the Supervision page.

Group Psychotherapy
Please contact me for current offerings, or if you have a particular interest. Groups usually run one to two hours, depending on content and number of participants.

Although I do not directly bill insurance companies, I can provide an invoice (“super-bill”) for you to submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before scheduling.
Virtual sessions require you to reside and be present in Colorado. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule; late cancellations and no-shows are billed at the full session rate.
